What are your business hours?
We are available from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Central Time), Monday through Saturday. If you have an emergency during non business hours, you can email us at Email Us. We check our emails often during non business hours and will respond as soon as your message is read.
After I place my order, how soon will I get it?
That depends on the shipping method you choose. Because we offer SAME DAY PRINTING AND SHIPPING, you can receive your order the NEXT BUSINESS DAY if you need it that soon and select Next Day Air Delivery in our shipping options. If we receive your email or verbal approval of your proof by 2:00 p.m. (Central Time) Monday through Friday, we will print and ship your order the same business day. Do you have a minimum order?

Yes, our minimum order is 15 cards. However, Certificates, Diplomas and other non card items may be purchased in single quantities or more.
How much are your cards?
Our cards range in price from $1.29 to $ 1.69. As you view our individual cards, you will see an option “VIEW PRICE”. If you click on this option, you will be see the cost for different quantities based on quantity discounts. Our Certificates, Awards and Diplomas range in price from $4.95 to $49.95.
Are envelopes included in the cost of the cards?
Envelopes are .10 each and are automatically added to the shopping cart in the same quantity of cards you order.
What does the cost of the card include?
The cost of the card includes the card stock, proofing, and printing. You are also getting the expertise of our Proof Department in arranging your text on the card so that your personalized card looks the absolute best!
What is the weight, color, and size of your card stock?
All our cards are printed on Avon Crest Brilliant White 80 pound card stock, which is heavier and thicker than many of our competitors. Our card stock is brilliant white, acid and lignin free, which will maintain its beauty and quality for years to come. All cards are either 5 x 7 (vertical) or 7 x 5 (horizontal) and our fold, thank you cards are 4.25 x 5.5 when folded. The certificates, awards and diplomas are printed on very high grade, heavy quality paper 8.5 x 11.
How do I place my Order?
Every effort is made to make your ordering as simply as possible. You start by selecting a card, personalize it with you own wording; previewing to make sure it is exactly they way you want it; enter the quantity of cards you want; and then proceed to the checkout area. After you have completed the quantity of items, you will be taken to the billing and shipping information.

How do I know my credit card information is safe and secure using the internet?
We are very mindful of your concern and take great precautions to ensure your personal or any unauthorized person does not view financial information. We use a “secure server”, which means that all the personal information you enter is transmitted on a “private” server (as opposed to other pages on the internet, which are public). There are really two ways to tell if you are using what is called a “secure server”. One way to tell if a web page is secure is to look for the “lock” symbol on the bottom right corner of the web page WHILE you are entering your credit card information. Another way to tell is to look for the letter “s” after the “http” in the address bar at the top of the web page. The “s” stands for “secure”.
Can you make any changes to the cards on your site?
YES!! Because we design all of our own cards, we can make changes to colors and images. We can add or remove images, change the colors of the borders, or make the skin tone darker or lighter. We do sometimes require a minimum order of 100 cards to make changes to the images. Please call our toll free number, 1-866-733-0247 , and ask for our Graphic Arts Department to discuss your particular request. Special requests will usually NOT delay your order.
Can your graphic artists design a card if I do not see what I am looking for online?
Yes, our graphic artists can create an original design using your ideas. There is a minimum order of 100 cards for this service, and we ask that you place the order prior to us sending you a proof of the created the design. Because of the time and effort that will be dedicated to creating your original design, we guarantee that you will be satisfied with the final result. We will make changes until your design meets your expectations and you approve the proof!
Will I receive a proof of my order? If so, When?
Yes, you will receive an email proof of your order with instructions of how to access your proof via the internet. Your personalized proof will be sent to you within ONE hour after placing your order during business hours Monday through Friday. If you place your order after business hours or on a weekend or holiday, you will receive an email proof the next business day. Your cards will NOT be printed until we receive your approval or your proof, unless Cards-411, in its sole discretion, determines the order should be printed and shipped due to time restraints.
What if I notice an error or have a change on my cards AFTER I approve the proof?
Please call us as soon as you notice the error or need to make a change. If we have not begun printing your order, we will make the necessary changes. If we have begun printing your order, you will be subject to a reprinting charge of the cards that have already been printed. If your order has been printed completely, we will reprint them at a discount. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR PROOF VERY CAREFULLY.

If our staff made the error, we will reprint your cards at NO COST to you. If the error was contained in the proof that you approved, or data that you entered, we will gladly reprint your cards at a discount from the original price. Once again, PLEASE REVIEW YOUR PROOF VERY CAREFULLY.
Can I cancel my order?
We are always sad to hear a request to cancel an order. However, there are occasions when it is necessary and unavoidable. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the purchase price, or $25,whichever is greater. The amount of the cancellation fee will also depend on the amount of work that has already been done to your order and will be determined by Cards-411 in its sole discretion. If you want to REDUCE your Order after it has been placed, we will be happy to do so, However, any reduction in your order after we have begun processing your Order will be subject to the MINIMUM Cancellation Charge of 50% of the amount being cancelled, or $25, whichever is GREATER. If your Net Credit due for the reduced quantity is less than $15, you will be entitled to the credit in additional products or services, but we will NOT issue a credit to your credit card.
Do you offer refunds?
If your order was damaged as a result of Cards-411 negligence, we will gladly reprint and reship your order at no costs to you. However, if the damage was caused due to no fault of Cards-411, we reprint your order at a discount. If our staff made an error that rendered the goods unusable, we will reprint your order or credit your credit card for the amount of your order. Except what is stated herein, we cannot offer any refunds or accept any returns due to the personalization of our products. We do not issue credits under $15.00.
 
 


You should plan your birth announcements as early as possible so you can mail them in a timely manner after the baby is born. If you want to personalize your own birth announcements, it is best to enter your order before the birth. We offer “Envelopes Early” just for occasions like this. You probably won\'t have a lot of free time during the first few weeks after your baby is born. If you are not sure of your baby\'s gender, you can order gender-neutral birth announcements. Obviously, you won\'t know much of the pertinent information yet, but you can fill in the baby\'s name if that has been decided, along with your own names. Sending birth announcements will guarantee that those people closest to you will be able to share in the joy of welcoming your new baby. And you can get creative and have fun in the process. Our “envelopes early” plan will help you tremendously with your early birth announcements. As an added feature, we can add a photo or picture to any of the birth announcements cards on our site for a small additional cost.
